Teddy came in our care as a feral boy

It took a lot of time from all of us and great trainers to get Teddy where he is right now

If Teddy's foster could sum him up in three words, they would be:

- affectionate

- cautious

- inquisitive

Teddy is about 2 years old and the definition of an in-your-pocket pup. He follows his foster mom and sister around everywhere and loves getting attention. Teddy is house trained and is happy to go in his crate for his meals, and when he needs to be left home alone. He is a medium energy dog who would benefit from a fenced in yard, and at least one walk a day. Teddy walks great on a leash and has been using a long line consistently with his foster family.

Teddy is social butterfly and loves visiting the dog park. He is great with other dogs, and would do best in a home with another canine friend to learn from and play with. He plays well with his small beagle foster sister. He is untested with kids, and shows interest in chasing kitties, so would do best in a home without felines.

Teddy is timid around new people, and much more timid around men. He will need a patient family who will take the time to build trust with him and give him some space to get comfortable at first. Teddy loves car rides and is very calm from point A to B.
