Meet our handsome boy Herb! He was found roaming in the town of Ponoka but was not claimed so is looking for his new home. Since coming into our care, he has impressed everyone with his gentle, easygoing personality. He walks beautifully on leash, has a calm and affectionate demeanour, and loves spending time with people. He’ll do anything for a treat, and knows his basic commands.

He gets along well with most dogs and has made friends with our other shelter dog Franny (the yellow lab x). Herb absolutely needs a cat free home. This lovable boy would make a fantastic family dog thanks to his sweet nature and relaxed personality.
